Annual Conference on International Arbitration- MNLU
MNLU Mumbai's Centre
for Arbitration and Research organized the Annual Conference on International
Arbitration wherein various law schools and legal professionals participated.
The theme for the event was 'Practice & Procedure in International Arbitration'
and it featured 4 panel-discussions on the sub-themes of - International
Commercial Arbitration, Maritime Arbitration, Sports Arbitration &
Investment Arbitration. The event was opened and the gathering was addressed by
Hon'ble Justice S.A. Bobde, the then Judge at Supreme Court of India and
Chancellor of MNLU, Mumbai. The speaker line-up also featured eminent lawyers,
practitioners and arbitrators globally. The event was attended by Mrs. Shivangi Sinha and Mrs. Jyoti Dharma. It was an enriching experience and
indeed helped to know more about the process of Arbitration.
