Webinar on "Virtual Courts"

As we are all aware of the current situation, and virtual has become the new normal for us. From attending online lectures to online concerts, we've seen it all due to the COVID-19 disaster. Every legal personnel, be it a law aspirant or an expert, is acquainted with the hardships of our judges, and the burden on the courts to resolve matters. Thanks to the technology, our courts have successfully been able to overcome a problem which could have been a setback to the judicial system. 

Madhyasthta was fortunate to have two very accomplished speakers to discuss on this contemporary issue. Our panelists, Mr. Ankoosh Mehta (Partner, CYRIL AMARCHAND MANGALDAS) and Ms. Samiksha Pednekar (Associate, CYRIL AMARCHAND MANGALDAS) discussed on this issue with immense intellect and put forth their views in a very interactive manner. On one hand where Ankoosh Sir cited real life scenarios while speaking about Virtual Courts, Samiksha Ma'am on the other hand, spoke about the gripping topic of artificial intelligence.
